Join us to take a look at our new and improved Email Templating System which now supports PDFs and Word documents. This enhancement allows users to create documentation for various needs, such as letters or contracts, add merge tags (similar to mail merge in Word), and then download and print these documents for posting. This is particularly beneficial for customers who don't have email, such as allotment tenants. This feature is available in Accounts, Bookings, and Allotments
