Steve Parkinson is an AAT Licensed Accountant and Partner at the Parkinson Partnership, providing specialist advice on VAT and financial matters for local councils. Steve has 34 years experience in the public and voluntary sectors, previously spending 14 years as a Town Clerk for Alton in Hampshire and delivering training in the local council sector for 12 years. In this session Steve will provide guidance on popular VAT topics and share the latest VAT trends in the sector.
