What's New: Document Templates with Mail Merge Capabilities & More

We are thrilled to announce our latest release, featuring significant enhancements across various modules to improve user experience and efficiency.

Document Templates

The standout feature in this release is the extended Email Templating System within the CRM, which now supports PDFs and Word documents. This enhancement allows users to create documentation for various needs, such as letters or contracts, add merge tags (similar to mail merge in Word), and then download and print these documents for posting. This is particularly beneficial for customers who don't have email, such as allotment tenants. This feature is available in Accounts, Bookings, and Allotments

Time-Relative Filters

We have introduced time-relative options to date filters, enabling users to create quick views for records such as bookings or invoices due this week, enhancing search and reporting capabilities.

Enhanced Transaction Management for Council Admins

Admins now have enhanced capabilities to link and unlink Receipts, Payments, Invoices, and Purchase Orders within their “related records,” improving financial data management and audit trails. Additionally, admins can manually set the status of Invoices and Purchase Orders, offering greater control and flexibility. All changes are logged in the audit log for transparency.

Cemetery - New Search and Filter Toolbar

The Cemetery module now features an improved search and filter toolbar for its records lists. This update provides quick search, column selection, and advanced filtering. All searches and filters are saved and can be cleared if needed. Exports will honor the selected filters and columns.

Cemetery and Allotment Mapping Official Release

We are excited to officially release the new maps for Cemetery and Allotments, which have now come out of the beta phase. The new maps make it easy to add plots, sites, and any other features.

Minor Updates

Accounts

  • Invoices: Added selectable columns for supplier email and telephone number, making it easier to manage and verify information.
  • Cost Centre & Cost Code: Users can now add and repeat cost centre and cost code records, improving data entry efficiency.
  • Asset Register Import: Increased the character limit for the description field, allowing for more detailed descriptions.

Allotments

  • Tenants "Notes" Field: Added the "Notes" field to the list of selectable columns and filters, improving tenant management.
  • Tenants "Discounts" Field: The "Discounts" field is now available for selection and filtering, enhancing financial oversight.
  • Mapping: Enhanced mapping with high-resolution aerial imagery, offering more detailed and accurate maps.
  • Fee Discounts: Support for decimal percentage discounts provides more flexibility in fee management.
  • Inspections/Notices: Integrated a new CRM modal for smoother tenant/user assignments during inspections and notices.

Cemetery

  • Maps: Switched beta maps to "Map" and renamed "Maps - legacy" for better navigation and clarity.
  • Empty Plot Import: Added support for GeoJSON field in empty plot imports, enhancing geographic data integration.
  • Burials Import: Fixed the issue with postal code imports in burials, ensuring accurate CRM records.
