As you may be aware we recently launched Scribe Bookings to enable you to take bookings for your councils' bookable assets such as village & town halls, sports pitches & games areas. With easy automation, online payments to free up time while maximising the revenue from your venues, and of course, integration with Scribe Accounts. 1. Block bookings
We’re pleased to announce that Scribe Bookings now allows you to easily add block bookings for your regular customers. You can book them in once and set the period of time you want to cover in their booking. You can also choose to restrict block bookings within the financial year for simpler invoicing that doesn't straddle year end.
2. Variable Fees
We have also added the ability to set different pricing levels for different user groups, so they can enjoy agreed pricing at any of your venues.
3. Customer-facing bookings page
We are creating a more streamlined webpage that will include the ability for your customers to share ratings and reviews, give bookers an overview of the venues features, and make your venues easier to find on search engines.
4. Notification changes
We are improving the SMS text and email bookings notifications to make them more useful for customers and more flexible for venues.
5. Flexible invoicing periods
We are enabling the creation of invoices that will allow for long block bookings to be invoiced monthly. This means you can easily manage invoicing for these customers and keep on top of your billing.
